Thus, a minor documentation is required for the carport to be demolished. Submitted application is incomplete. Please ALL documentations required for a minor documentation. Attached is the link to the Demo Documentation form. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/historic_demolition_application_form.pdf You also have to complete this Historic Demolition Documentation form (indicate on first page if it is 50 years or older. This information is from the assessor record card. The Assessor’s effective date is typically on the Assessor’s property card that you get from the County Assessor’s page. I will recommend calling the Assessor’s office to ask them if they have an effective date. Required documentation, aside from the Assessor’s property card, include the completed form and photos of each side of the building(s).
