Comments: The following comments are relative to an application for Architectural Documentation prior to demolition of historic buildings (UDC 3.12.1).

1. Comment: The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your house is 1918 and this property is located in Jefferson Park NPZ. Per UDC 3.12.1, building, portions of buildings, or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued. Demolition (Historic Structures) Application and General Information may be downloaded at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Historic-Preservation/Historic-Frequently-Asked-Questions. Please submit the completed documentation under the permit number via your TDC online account. Until the Historic review is completed and approved, Zoning cannot approve this demolition plan.
