Upon successful verification that the utilities have been secured, the inspector shall record a partial approval and enter a note requesting the applicant recall the inspection item once the structure is demolished & the site cleaned up. If the permit requires the septic tank to be pumped, crushed & filled with sand, compliance shall be confirmed in the field during the inspection. Upon successful verification that the structure has been removed, that the utilities remain secured & that the site is left in a safe & clean condition, the inspection items may be approved and the permit closed. |

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The site plan provided is not sufficient. Please show all structures on site and indicate whether they will be removed.
