Please provide the following in a combined PDF: 1. Complete “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation” application 2. Color photographs of each side of the building, with direction of each façade labeled (N,S,W and E) 3. Confirmation of age of the property (a Pima County Records card, inventory form, other official government document) to show year of construction. 4. A simple site plan.
