Add a note on the floor plan indicating that the demising wall is to be from floor concrete slab to the underside of the roof sheathing fire rated and uses fire rated sealants. 8. Show the knee guards at the sinks protection from scalding complying to ANSI 117 9. Show the door pressure being applied complying to IBC and ANSI 117, this to include the restroom doors as well. 10. The required filtration system eliminating the cannabis sativa's scent is missing in this package. Please do make sure to provide this system complying with the jurisdiction's requirement. 11. You applied for a Demolition Permit. Please withdraw this permit and apply for the correct building permit type. It should be for a Commercial Tenant Improvement building permit. |
