COMMENT: Property is over 50 years of age. Aerial imagery confirms the effective construction date for your structures is pre-1963. The actual construction date may be earlier. Per UDC 3.12.1.A., these regulations apply when an application for a demolition permit involves the complete or partial demolition of a building that is partially or in its entirety 50 or more years old Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued. COMMENT: The site plan provided (aerial image) is incomplete: a) Provide a scaled site plan with property lines and property line lengths of the entire parcel. b) Provide the existing mobile trailers to be demolished and dimensions from each side of the mobile trailers to the property lines perpendicular to each side of the residence. c) Provide square footages of each structure to be demolished. d) Provide the zoning of this parcel (PAD-39). e) Provide the address of this parcel. f) Provide the parcel number. g) Provide North arrow pointing in correct direction 2.
