According to the Pima County Assessor’s Office, the effective construction date for this building is 1947. The actual construction date may be earlier. Buildings, portions of buildings, or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation shall be reviewed and approved by the City Historic Preservation Office prior to Zoning approval of this demolition permit.
