1. The project is located in the Armory Park Historic Preservation Zone and requires historic review in accordance with UDC 5.8.10. The Historic review process shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online as a Sub-Record to this permit. Zoning cannot approve TC-DMO-0524-00101 until the Historic review process has been completed and approved.
