Please provide the following in a combined PDF: 1. Complete “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation” application 2. Colored Photographs of each side of the building, with direction of each façade labeled 3. Confirmation of age of the property (a Pima County Records card, inventory form, other official government document). 4. Measured floor plan 5. A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a Response Letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Obtain approval for a Historic review. As stated in previous comments by staff, buildings 50 years or over that are to be demolished require Historic Review. Please see comments left on 6/15/2026 by Michael Taku. Without Historic Preservation approval, zoning will not be able to approve TC-DMO-0426-00056. Please upload the decision letter for the Historic Review and the Response Letter addressing all comments with the next submittal materials. 2.
