Upon successful verification that the structure has been removed, that the utilities remain secured & that the site is left in a safe & clean condition, the inspection items may be approved and the permit closed. Pool Demolition: Verify pool equipment & connection to service has been removed. Ensure that all utilities are properly terminated and capped. Verify pool drains water accumulations. Break out pool drains. Drill/Jackhammer 4 inch hole in the lowest point of the pool (typically where drains are located) Ensure no Organic matter is present before filling. |
