This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. The site plan is missing information required for a Site Zoning review. Please use the following link to find a Full site/plot plan example and the required items for your next submittal:

2. Zoning staff were unable to verify the age of the ADU based on Pima County Assessor’s information https://www.asr.pima.gov/ParcelData/prc/10821/011A.pdf . Please provide documentation showing the age of the ADU. Buildings, portions of buildings, or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition regardless of the zoning. Historic review (HDC5.8.8.) is required and must be approved prior to approval of the demo permit (TC-DMO-0126-00017) by Zoning.
