This site is located within the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. The age of the structure to undergo demolition cannot be confirmed. As such, unless evidence can be produced showing that the structure is not over 50 years old (the main residence was constructed in the 1952), Historic documentation of the structure is required. To submit an application to start the Historic review process please submit the completed documentation under the permit number via your TDC online account. Historic demolition documentation is required. Until the Historic review is completed and approved, Zoning cannot approve this demolition permit.
