01/06/2026 Historic Express REVIEW COMPLETED Based on my review of the proposal, all demolition is proposed in the interior. Although a contributor to the Miracle Mile HD, not in an HPZ, no exterior demolition of the Hacienda Motel building is proposed. No architectural documentation per the Ordinance 10776 is required because is not a partial a or full demolition of the the the building. No HPZ documentation review required for interior demolition.
