The space at the rear of the Assembly space appears to not be assigned an occupant load, please explain why. IBC 1004.5 It would appear the occupant load would exceed 50 and require panic hardware. Religious Use is an allowed use in this zone (UDC Table 4.8-2). Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The description listed for this permit is “replacement certificate of occupancy for existing church”. Can you please provide the existing CofO permit number as this description states one was previously issued. 2. Comment: As this site is made up of two (2) parcels, 127052180 and 127052190, a lot combination or a recorded covenant will be required. Either provide the approved lot combination request form or a recorded Covenant Regarding Development and Use of Real Property with your next submittal. Contact Pima County for the Combo Request. Comment: The site plan calls out 2 sheds and a future shade ramada. Aerial imagery does not show the shed behind the building, and a permit was not found for either of the sheds included on your site plan. As this is a CofO request, please remove the sheds and the future shade ramada from the site plan. 4.
