When the review completes: please upload the Special Inspection Intermediate Certificate. Please submit a comment review letter with the following: Special inspections must be performed by an approved third-party inspection agency at the owner's expense. A Special Inspection Certificate (SIC) is required to be submitted for review and approved prior to issuance of final approval documents. Document must not contain any additional markups on Part B, the engineer of record's stamp must be provided along with the list of special inspections to be performed.
