Sheet A1.2/Detail A1: Please amend the plans to show the door maneuvering clearance at new recessed door used to join the two suites as it appears to be recessed more than 8 inches and requires more clearance on the latch side. 2009 ICC A117.1 404.2.3.5 3. Sheet A1.2/Detail A3 Provide the signed and sealed structural calculations, prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant, used in the design of the steel lintel used in the masonry wall above the new opening. IBC 107.2.7 Additionally, please identify any special inspections required by IBC 1705. For example, welding. Please provide the City of Tucson Special Inspection Certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed with the next submittal.
