Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. I can be reached at email mark.masek@tucsonaz.gov 1. Please amend the plans to include a more complete, detailed description of the work involved in this permit’s scope. IBC 105.3 For example, it appears some interior remodeling is taking place. 2. Please amend plans to identify the specific water resistive barrier to be used. IBC 1403.2 3. Please provide the EIFS system to be used as well as an evaluation report number and provide the report. IBC 1407.2 4. Please provide an architectural special inspections certificate for: EIFS and the Water-resistive barrier as required. IBC 1705.17- 1705.17.1 For example, if the water resistive barrier is an applied coating, a special inspection is required. A. Exceptions: Special inspections shall not be required for EIFS applications installed over a water-resistive barrier with a means of draining moisture to the exterior. 5. Please provide a wall type legend and a full wall assembly section drawing calling out the interior wall covering, sheathing wall stud type, fire blocking, and spacing, insulation type and R-value sheathing, water-resistive water barrier type, and exterior wall covering with referenced callouts and a reference where to find the information on the plan set. IBC 107.2.1 Please treat as a typical note for each unique wall type. And list wall types on the floor plan. 6. Please provide a COMcheck report with the next submittal. IECC C401.2. Additionally show the following on the plans; R-value for batt and continuous insulation with location. IECC C402.1, 7. Food Service: Excluding Soup Kitchens is an allowed use (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The outdoor patio referenced on your site plan appears around 2020. Site Zoning was unable to find the associated permit for this addition. Please provide the permit number for this addition. If one cannot be provided, a Development Package will be required.
