1. Please revise the plans to clearly show a code-compliant water-resistive barrier (WRB) behind the exterior wall coverings on both faces and over the top of the wood-framed parapet wall extension. Provide construction details demonstrating continuity of the WRB, including the required flashing and weatherproofing at the top of the parapet and all transitions. IBC Sections 1402.2 (Weather Protection) and 1404.4 (Parapets).
2. Please provide the applicable ICC Evaluation Service Report (ICC-ESR) or other approved evaluation report/listing for the proposed faux stone veneer with the next submittal. The documentation shall demonstrate compliance with the adopted building code and include the manufacturer's installation requirements for the proposed application. IBC Sections 104.9, 1402.1.
3. Please revise site plan to name the exterior surfaces and locate the sidewalks. IBC 107.2.1 For example please show the side walk and landscape locations adjacent to the New Faux Stone Veneer.

1. The addition of the new Panel ‘F’ requires additional information. Note that on Sheet E-1.0, this new panel is referred to as Panel ‘C’. Show concistetn information on both sheets.
2. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment, breakers, chargers and panels AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2023 NEC 110.24, NEC 110.9, 110.10.
3. Clearly mark each receptacle and lighting fixture as Existing (E) or New (N). Any New outdoor lighting fixtures will be required to meet the outdoor lighting code, including lumen calculation for the site and color temperature limits. OLC 402.1, 104.2. (Comment response letter indicates lighting is existing. Must show on plans. )
