Site Engineering:

1. In accordance with the final plat for Halcyon Acres Block 1 General Note #5, a floodplain use per final plat will be required to be submitted and approved. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the “sub-records” tab of this commercial permit on TDC online.
a. Site Engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-COM-0226-00277 until the associated FPU permit is approved. It is recommended that the FPU permit process be started and achieve approval and issuance prior to the resubmission of this permit to ensure no project delays and review overlap.
2. Site Engineering has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package TD-DEV-0225-00061. Until the development package is approved by all reviewers, site engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-COM-1225-02323.
