Please provide a special inspection certificate with Part A, and Part B completed with next submittal. As the proposed Steel carport would qualify as site work for this commercial property, it will be required that a supplemental dimensioned site plan be submitted to show exactly where this carport will be on site as well as showing all corresponding setbacks and referencing to everything that exists on the site. 2. It will be required that the site plan submitted have more dimensions shown in relation to the PAAL, street frontage, property boundary setbacks, as well as any other site characteristics that may exist near/around said fence. 3. It should be noted that to review compliance with UDC 7.4.6.F.2 & UDC 7.4.6.E.2. It is required that the required the carport either follow the required height clearance of 15 – feet or be setback one foot or greater from the PAAL. Personal Service is an allowed use in this zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.T.1 and 4.9.13.O. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The proposed carport will require a Development Package which is a separate permit submittal. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit.
