Site Engineering:

1. The proposed carport will require a Development Package (Site Plan) which is a separate permit submittal. The project site must prepare a full site plan in accordance with Section 2-06.0.0, Development Package, including Section 2-06.5.3. 2. The minimum clearance from grade to bottom of any structural member of the proposed carport is 98 inches per the City’s adopted code for accessible parking dimension requirements, 2017 ICC A117.1. Please revise Site Plan and/or Details to show that this meets the standard.
