The updated plans are missing the required total lumens calculation. This calculation would include only those fixtures not listed as ‘Special Use’ lighting, fixtures C-1, D-1 and WB. My calculations of the total used lumens and total allowable lumens show that this site is over the allowable lumen limit. Total allowable: 250,000 lumens/acre × 2.34 site acres (REF sheet A000 Project Information) = 585,000 max lumens per Table 401.1, option 2. Total used: 775,528 = (32043 * 9) + (29877 * 13) + (19768 * 5). Total used is greater than the Total allowable. 2. Provide lumen calculations and lumen totals in compliance with Table 401.1. |
