STRUCTURAL CALCULATION AND DETAIL DRAWINGS a. Please submit structural calculations and detail drawings done by an Arizona licensed Structural Engineer. i. Ensure that the documents are sealed/signed/dated by the Engineer. ii. Engineer to confirm what the wall is made of where the canopy is being mounted. iii. Engineer to provide one (1) detail drawing identifying the size and type of the fasteners used and how often. iv. Engineer to size the canopy skeleton members and welding callouts. 2. SIGN DRAWINGS a. Please remove all drawings depicting signs. b. Please keep only drawings that is depicting the canopy. 3. Please resubmit. Comment: Remove all drawings depicting proposed signs. 2. Comment: Keep only drawings that depict the proposed canopy. 3. Comment: Aerial views show bicycle parking located where the plans indicate a proposed double door beneath the proposed awning. Clarify the intent for the existing bicycle parking facility. A Development Package may be required based on the response. If so the following may apply: As the proposed project is an expansion of the site a development package is required, UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
