07/28/2026 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Coordinate the drawings. A new 3” building drain connects to an existing 3” building drain on risers 5, 6, and 7/P3.1, but on P2.1, keynote #2 calls for the new 3” building drain to connect to an existing 4” building drain. [Initial comment: Verify the size of the existing first floor building drains shown in riser diagram, 6/P3.1. The plan drawings show 4” but the riser diagrams show 3” existing building drains. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.]
