Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. COMMENTS: 1. TANK SIZE a. Please provide the size of the tank. i. How many gallons is its capacity. 2. SITE PLAN DRAWING a. Pixelated info, can be read. i. Please provide legible information. b. Blue circles and Red circles. i. Contractors tend to print the drawings in black and while. 1. Please do not use colors the delineate different items. a. They will all be black when the contractor prints it. b. Use different line types. c. Dimension to any existing structure. i. Please show on your plan the distances from the tank to all existing structures. d. EPO Push Button i. Locate this on the site plan. ii. Enter the dimension from the tank e. Locate/label the panel location on the site plan. i. Locate this 2p20 shunt trip breaker on the plan. f. NOTES on swamp cooler air intake. i. Please locate and label this on the plan. ii. Enter the distance to the tank. iii. Provide drawings illustrating how this is placed on a stand that must be anchored to earth with proper foundation. 3. OTHER TANK a. Aerial photographs shows another tank. i. The City could not find the building permit installation for this tank. ii. Please provide a copy of your record proving a building permit was obtained for this tank. iii. Should a permit does not exist, please include this tank with this permit. 4. May we suggest to have an MEP engineer licensed in Arizona generate these set of drawings for clarity and completeness. 5. Please resubmit. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The proposed exterior tank and associated bollards will require a Development Package which is a separate permit submittal. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit.
