This property/site is located within the XS100-year FEMA floodplain section of the Naylor wash within the Tucson Arroyo Watershed. Due to the floodplain, it will be required that a flood plain use (FPU) permit be submitted for review and approval for work within a floodplain. 2. It should be noted that the FPU permit is an entirely separate permit that can be applied and submitted for within the “Sub-Records” tab of this commercial permit within TDC Online. For the FPU submission, please provide all construction documents related to the scope of work provided similarly as the commercial permit. 3.
