2. For the Floodplain Use Permit, submit a cost estimate for the improvements / work to be done. The estimate should be submitted on the contractor's letterhead. Include separate lines for materials, labor, and any warranties. This structure is subject to substantial improvement calculations and potential floodplain compliance requirements.
3. Site Engineering cannot approve this permit without an issued floodplain use permit. The floodplain use permit is a separate submittal that may be found in the sub-records of this permit on the TDC Portal.
