1. Please clarify whether the existing prep sink is being removed or relocated. The proposed walk-in freezer appears to be located in this area. This is based on the floor plan stamped by Vincent Catalano.
2. It appears the handwashing sink has been relocated adjacent to the three-door reach-in refrigerator. Please clarify and revise the plans as necessary.
