The clear dimension with occupant load of 50 or more is not less than 44 inches per IBC Table 1020.3. 3. Please correct this discrepancy. 2. ARCHITECT SEAL a. Seal is showing blank areas where the Architect Discipline and the State that issued the license. b. Please affix the proper seal/signature/date. 3. Please resubmit.
