4. Please amend the plans to provide a wall assembly section drawing for each wall type to include connections, width, stud spacing, wall height, wall covering, insulation, . For metal stud walls, for interior walls and partitions that exceed 6 feet in height, including their finish materials, demonstrate adequate strength and stiffness to resist the loads to which they are subjected but not less than a horizontal load of 5 psf IBC 1607.15 For example provide metal stud table or provide calculations to show compliance.
5. Please amend the plans to provide the following Fire-Resistance information.
A. Provide details of the fire-resistance rated walls, floors. The entire figure assembly is shown on the drawings. Identify the origin of the assembly and any number it is assigned. IBC 703.3
B. Provide details showing the vertical continuity of fire barriers, fire partitions, smoke barriers, and smoke partitions are provided. IBC 706.5, 706.6, 707.5, 708.4, 709.4, 710.4
C. Provide details for penetration firestops. The entire assembly is shown on the drawings. IBC 714.1
6. Sheet A-901: Please provide the following Means of Egress information. IBC 107.2.3
A. The number of occupants is shown for every room and space on the egress plan. IBC 107.2.3
