1. Previous comment not addressed [Revise the minimum width of the two primary roof scuppers as shown on detail 9/A8.3 to 12.6”. Reference: Sections 1106.5 and 1108.3, IPC 2018.]
a. Alternatively, the rainfall rate used in the roof drain calculations on Sheet P1.1 can be updated to 3 inches per hour, which is the typical rate for Tucson. After recalculating the GPM and minimum drain size, the existing scuppers called out should meet the minimum requirements.

1. The LED string and flex lights are not considered full cutoff per definition in chapter 2. The installation under canopies or overhangs or roof eaves does not provide full cutoff classification of these unshielded light fixtures. See OLC 401.2.1 sub-paragraph 4. An appeal to the building official is required to change this section for your case.
2. This site requires an outdoor lighting special inspection, OLC 106.2.1. Provide a intermediate OL Special Inspection Certificate, with parts A and B completed and sealed prior to issuance of the permit. 3. The total unshielded lumen calculation is missing. This site, under compliance option #3 provides a total of 9,000 lumens per acre of unshielded lumens. The lumen count from fixtures L2, L3, SF, SF*, is greater than 9,000 lumens per acre.
