COMMENTS:

1. Provide an air balancing report to verify that the HVAC systems are capable of supplying and exhausting at least the minimum air flow rates called for in the design drawings. The balancing shall be performed by a qualified balancing contractor in accordance with the procedural standards of either the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) or the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC).
