S2 parking garages are required to have fire sprinklers per IFC 2024, 903.2.10. 4. Will this building have a fire pump room? If so, it shall meet all the requirements for fire pump rooms, IBC 902. Includes sizing, access, environment, lighting. Also IBC 913 for separation and other requirements. NFPA 20 for floor drain requirements. 5. Two way communication required per IBC 1009.8 at each elevator landing. Please add note. 6. IBC 1011.12. Stairway to roof required per this section.
