Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. c. Fixtures installed under canopies and overhangs. Outdoor lighting fixtures shall not be counted in determining the total light output when they are full cutoff light fixtures installed under canopies, building overhangs, or roof eaves, OLC 401.2.1(3). d. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. e. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. f. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type. After reviewing associated development package TD-DEV-0125-00023, it appears the submitted plans do not match with the approved development package plans. The solar canopies for the parking lot are shown measuring 75.8’ in length going North to South whereas the commercial building plans show both canopies as 79’-3”. If the extended length for the canopies is intended for construction, then it will be required that an approved revision to the development package be completed. If a revision is not desired, then revise the construction documents to match to what was approved within the development package. Comment: Final Site Zoning has reviewed this permit application for consistency with development package (DP), TD-DEV-0125-00023. 2. Comment: The solar canopies are shown as 79 feet 3 inches in length (north–south), whereas the approved DP indicates both canopies are 75.8 feet. If the longer canopy length is proposed for construction, an approved revision to the development package is required. Otherwise, revise the construction documents to match the approved DP plans. 3. Comment: The solar canopies do not match what is indicated in DP TD-DEV-0125-00023. Ensure all structure data measurements what is indicated in the DP. 4. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use and applicable use specific standards.
