After reviewing associated development package TD-DEV-0125-00023, it appears the submitted plans do not match with the approved development package plans. The solar canopies for the parking lot are shown measuring 75.8’ in length going North to South whereas the commercial building plans show both canopies as 79’-3”. If the extended length for the canopies is intended for construction, then it will be required that an approved revision to the development package be completed. If a revision is not desired, then revise the construction documents to match to what was approved within the development package.
