Please revise for consistency. 2. Previous comment not fully addressed. [ Previous comment - Condensate drains shall be terminated at an approved disposal location. Draining the condensate onto the roof deck is not an approved disposal location. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.] Detail 13/P700 still shows condensate draining onto roof deck because it is not clearly specified on sheet P110. Please revise Detail 13/P700 accordingly and clearly show the size, routing, and termination point of the condensate on the Sanitary Waste and Vent Plan on Sheet P110. |

The shell permit is not yet approved, and the outdoor lighting is incomplete on the shell permit, TC-COM-1225-02185 (10100 E OLD VAIL RD TUCSON, AZ 85747). The shell permit must show all the outdoor lighting on the site, including the exterior lights placed on the building. The Outdoor Lighting review for this permit cannot be approved until the shell permit is also approved first. 2. LED strip lights, such as X9, are unshielded and must be limited to 3000 lumens per total length. |
