A100 is not part of the drawing set and A110 is for architectural floor plans. Where is the information located? Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 2. Clarify the termination of the primary roof drain conductors. Plumbing and Waste Plan Notes 20 and 21 on P110 call for connecting the primary roof drain conductors to a storm sewer. The civil utility drawings on the development package do not show the installation of a storm sewer. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 3. The Gas Distribution Diagram on P100 and the Plumbing Fixture Schedule on P600 show a Gas Griddle (GR-1). Provide the gas load and the developed length from the meter for the griddle and show its location on the Plumbing Supply Plan. Reference: Section 402.1, IFGC 2018. 4. State the minimum gas pressure required for each appliance by the appliance manufacturer. Show how the gas pipe sizing calculations demonstrate conformance to Sections 402.1 and 402.3, IFGC 2018. 5. Clarify the specification for the temperature mixing valve, it shall be listed as conforming to ASSE 1070, not just ASSE 1016. Revise the specifications to note the correct ASSE standard so that an incorrect mixing valve is not substituted. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018. 6. Condensate drains shall be terminated at an approved disposal location. Draining the condensate onto the roof deck is not an approved disposal location. List the Lighting Area per OLC (typically E3) chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. c. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation. d. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. e. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. f. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type. g.
