Site Engineering Comments:
1. This site resides entirely in the City of Tucson Alvernon Wash Floodplain and will require that submission and approval of a floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the "sub-records" tab of this associated building permit through TDC online.
2. For the submission of the FPU permit, provide all the same construction documents that were provided within this building permit submission
3. Final Site Engineering approval for permit (TC-COM-1225-02176) requires review and approval of associated submitted FPU permit.
4. It will be required that a dimensioned site plan be submitted showing the dimensions of the canopy compared to the drive through lane. This to review compliance with UDC 7.4.6.F.2 & UDC 7.4.6.E.2. It is required that the required the canopy either follow the required height clearance of 15 – feet or be setback one foot or greater from the drive through lane.
