1. Provide the signed and sealed structural calculations, prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant, used in the design of this project. IBC 107.2.7
2. Please indicate any required special inspections for this project. For example, welding.
3. 4. Please amend the plan to show the method used to provide ventilation beneath balcony or elevated walking surfaces. IBC 2304.12.2.6 For example, Enclosed framing in exterior balconies and elevated walking surfaces that are exposed to rain, snow or drainage from irrigation shall be provided with openings that provide a net free cross-ventilation area not less than 1/150 of the area of each separate space.
