SHEET S1.6 - CONFIRM HEADER SIZE: Per the Wood Header Schedule on Sheet S1.6, Header Type "H-2" shall be (3) 6x12 built-up beam. This is an atypical beam size and will require a special detail to confirm how the three laminations are fastened together. Please confirm the design and resubmit. 4.
