Sheet T1.0, deferred submittals show "automatic fire sprinkler system" and "fire sprinkler systems." These are the same thing. Make a note that a fire alarm system will be installed and indicate which buildings. Fire alarm shall be in accordance with IFC 907 and NFPA 72.

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.24). Multifamily Use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4)

1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1224-00324, and although it appears that the plans match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. Previous Comment is still applicable: The Parking Requirements shown on sheet T3.0 does not match what is shown on DP TD-DEV-1224-00324. Either ensure that the calculation matches or remove the calculation from the building plans.
