Otherwise, accessibility upgrades shall be required in accordance with IEBC.305.7. 1. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs. Reference: Section 424.2, IPC 2018. 2. Clarify the note on sheet P-100, “Connect new 2-1/2” CW to existing 2” CW downstream of SOV.” The drawing appears to show a new 2” CW and an existing 2-1/2” CW. On sheets P-101 the “new” line is labeled as 2” and on P-202, it is labeled as 2-1/2” CW. |
