Remove one of these. 2. It appears you are only installing a dedicated fire alarm system (sprinkler monitoring) for the apartments and a building fire alarm system for the clubhouse. According to IFC 907.2.9, every apartment building and clubhouse will need a full fire alarm system, not just sprinkler monitoring. Please explain. 3. Add to the cover sheet, separate submittal for the fire alarm. Fire alarm shall comply with IFC and NFPA 72. Please call if you need guidance. It needs to be understood that all buildings need a fire alarm and not just sprinkler monitoring.
