Sheet T1.0: Please update the Sheet Index, or plan set sheets to provide list that includes all the drawing sheets in this permit’s scope. IBC 107.2.1 For example, Listed in Sheet index, but not included in plan set Sheets C1-C5, D2.0, S1.7, S1.8, and Not Listed in Sheet index, but included in plan set Sheet D1.1 3. Sheet T1.0: Please change the signage to be by a separate permit. IBC 107.2.1 4. Sheet T1.0: Please update Code Analysis to indicate the occupancy classification to identify the mixed occupancy methodology as either nonseparated, separated, or a stated combination of types. IBC 508.1 or provide and name the method used to create separate buildings and show on the floor plan. IBC 107.2.1 A. It looks like the distance is 1’-11”,this will require a rated exterior wall based on IBC Table 602 and constructed in accordance with IBC 705 Likely including a parapet. 7. Please amend the plans to list the required special inspections on the cover sheet. IBC 107.2.1 8. Please amend the Statement of Special Inspections for Concrete Construction, since it is a copy of the table from the code, to identify which areas are required for this project. For example, another column could be added to the table with each required row of the table marked Y or N. (Further, Is Row 10. Electrical Review 1. Sheet E0.2 : Please amend the Exterior Luminaire Schedule (and cutsheets on sheet E0.5) to show a maximum color temperature of 3500K for exterior light fixtures. Outdoor Lighting Code 402.1 Rated Color Temperature. The rated color temperature of light sources (lamps and fixtures) shall not exceed 3500K. Treat as a typical note. 2. Sheet E0.4: Provide complete compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC). See section 104 for exterior lighting plan submittal requirements. Provide plans and evidence on the plans that the proposed exterior lighting fully complies with the Outdoor Lighting Code. See section 104 for plan submittal requirements. Change of use. Whenever the use of any existing building, structure, or premises is changed to a new use, all outdoor lighting shall be reviewed and brought into compliance with this code before the new use commences. This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Personal Storage is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.C.3 & .6. 1. Zoning has reviewed this building plan for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1124-00308. The following comments shall be addressed prior to approval of the building plans. 2. The site plan provided in the building set does not match the submitted DP, i.e. area directly north of the existing building. 3. As the DP does not provide building heights within the footprints of the building as required per AM 2-06 Zoning cannot verify if the plans match. 4.
