3. Please remove the welding from the special inspections indicated on the cover. The structural design does not appear to require field welding.

BHHZAB conducted its review on 01/28/2025, and recommended approval with conditions. PRS conducted its review on 2/27/2025, and recommended approval with conditions. PDSD Director's Decision Notice was issued on 7/18/2025 [SD-0125-00003]. This completes the HPZ process. Historic full review fees are paid. The applicant may proceed to permitting with approved decision notice. No further HPZ review required. Please resubmit your HPZ approved Design Package and any construction drawing under the building permit [TC-COM-1224-02280]
