This site is located in C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20), Food Service is a permitted use in the zone subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0823-00382 and the following comments need to be addressed. Until the following comments are addressed and the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. The building plan does not match the submitted DP.

a. Extents of concreter work along the east and west end of the building
b. Pedestrian crosswalk located near the southwest corner of the building do not match. Also the sign mounting height shown on detail 31 sheet AS1.2 does not match what is shown on DP detail A, sheet 6.

You can install a fire alarm if you'd like. Contact me and I will approve the plans as is or you can remove the fire alarm notes and submit a revision.
