This site is located in C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21), Food Service is a permitted use in the zone subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.

1. As you are adding square footage, increased the size of the cooler and added dry storage, a revision to Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1223-00489 will need to be submitted and approved.

2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved development package sheets, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.
