A general contractor must be identified for projects that include multiple trade disciplines. (For Cell Tower Permits please use the "Cell Tower Building Permit" option. For fire restoration choose the appropriate add/alt category, for demolition please use the appropriate demolition permit type.) And request the following minimal documents to be submitted along with your application: Specific Description of Improvements along with Improvement Plans and/or Site Plan to be reviewed for permit issuance. It appears the permit listed multiple addresses and each individual address requires its own permit.
