Although this newest submission includes plans meant to meet the development package requirement, they must be separately submitted as a “development package” permit within Tucson Development Center Online (to replace the one that was withdrawn, TD-DEV-0424-00119) and not as part of this construction permit. This construction permit may remain active and can be resubmitted with the construction plans once the development package has been approved.
