Please apply for a new address for the TBD suite, please call Pima County addressing department at 520-724-9512. Apply for a separate new shell permit for this TBD suite with the condition that they will apply for a permit & Certificate of Occupancy once they have a new tenant. 2. This permit TC-COM-1223-02783 will continue to be used for Suite 315 and ultimately used to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. 3. Paste on the plan drawings the UL assembly diagram & information for the fire partition to be installed floor to roof sheathing per IBC 708.4 & 402.4.2.1 & horizontal continuity IBC 706.5 Drywall will be required to be installed on both sides of the wall. 4. Submit Mechanical, plumbing, electrical plans making sure to demonstrate how the utilities are being separated from the TBD suite including possibly separate electrical panels. 5. Submit emergency egress plan with illustrations indicating the overall diagonal dimension, half the diagonal distance between exits (a 2nd exit will be required for Suite 315, if not please demonstrate it in your code analysis) or 1/3 the distance if fire sprinklers exist. To accurately demonstrate this, a complete layout of the FF&E on the floor plan will be necessary. Show the path of egress, provide the exit width calculations and indicate the number of people exiting at each exit location. Locate and label the fire extinguisher, lighted exist sign as well as the emergency light on the drawing (indicate that they have battery backup power), locate required signs including braille. 6. Locate and label the water fountain, mop sink as well as the restroom location/its distance, etc. 7. Provide the code analysis. 8. Please address all accessibility issues complying to the ICC ANSI 117.1 9. With the utilities requiring separation from the TBD suite, please provide the accurate dollar valuation, this will be more than $10,000.00 as shown in your application. 10. Please resubmit. |
