12/13/2023 Commercial Mechanical REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Provide a mechanical design for the proposed split system AC unit that clearly shows that the installation will comply with the requirements of Sections 304.1, 306.1, and 307, IMC 2018. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
2. Show that the proposed HVAC equipment meets the minimum performance requirements of Section C403.3.2, IECC 2018 and the M1 Standards published by the Department of Energy for equipment to be installed after January 1, 2023.
3. Verify that the cooling capacity of the proposed split system AC unit will prevent overheating of the elevator equipment. Reference: Section 3005.2, IBC 2018.
